The series draws inspiration from Timofey’s childhood memories of X-ray rooms — an early fascination with seeing beneath the skin without breaking it. Here, he merges X-ray-inspired tones with the warmth of flesh, asking: what lies beneath the surface? What is the geometry of the body, and why does it hold together?
This project moves beyond individuality, focusing on the body as a universal form — abstract, physical, and vulnerable. Through optical distortion and deconstruction, Timofey explores the body not as a personal image but as a fragile construction of matter, constantly balancing between form and dissolution.
